WHO WE ARE

Our Mission

At Grace Presbyterian Church, our mission is simple: to welcome our neighbors, to grow together in Christ, and to serve God in our community and world.

Rooted in Christ’s Great Commission and Great Commandment (Matthew 28:18-20; 22:36-40), this mission reflects our conviction that God’s grace, revealed through Jesus Christ, transforms every aspect of life.

OUR VISION

To know Jesus and make
Him known.

We desire to know and experience Jesus and to make His Kingdom and presence known on the North Shore, in Chicago, and beyond.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

Grace Presbyterian Church is deeply rooted in the historic creeds of the global church, including the Apostles’ Creed and Nicene Creed. As Presbyterians, our faith is also shaped by the Westminster Confession of Faith and its Larger and Shorter Catechisms.

The Westminster Confession, written in the 17th century, united pastors and elders in a shared expression of doctrine, worship, and church governance. Though its language reflects its time, its truths remain a guiding light for us today as we look to God’s continued work in and through His people.

OUR
DENOMINATION

Grace Presbyterian Church is part of the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA).
